The GR10 emerges in a small residential street. At the end of this street, turn right then next left, across the market place.
Facing the market building, turn left into the Rue Boileau, after a few meters, turn left onto la rue Nadau. Follow this street to the end and cross a small river, l'One. Turn right onto Avenue Jean Moulin follow it around the cemetery to the lioness roundabout.
At the roundabout go straight across, take the second exit signed towards the SNCF railway station. The Hôtel Alouette is to 30 m on your left, opposite a small church, called "Barcugnas", which respects your rest: it is silent.

2 - You come from Artigue, Sode, on the GR10 eastphotographic guide
If you follow the GR10 correctly, you arrive in Bagnères-to-Luchon with the aerodrome on your right, and the river "La Pique" on your left.
At the end of this road continue straight along the river.
You will reach the Boulevard Charles of Gaulle, cross it then turn left, across the river bridge of l'One, then take the next right, along the river. You will be following the GR10.
At the end of this river path shaded by splendid weeping willows, you arrive at the carpark of the Casino supermarket. Turn right across the river bridge leaving the GR10. You will come to the lioness roundabout.
Cross this roundabout, and follow the signs for the station.
The Hôtel Alouette is opposite the church of Barcugnas which you see on the right.
This church respects your rest, it is silent.

3 - You arrive from the Hospice de Francephotographic guide
You will need to have some energy left because you will have to cross the town, which is a 20 minute walk. You come to the thermal baths, with a lake and a large park on your left, you will see a large building with columns there.
Take l'Allée des Bains, on your right, opposite the thermal baths. 100 m on your left cross the splendid park with its giant sequoias. You will pass the statue "Le baiser a la source" behind a small stream. Just before leaving the park, on your right, note the terrible statue "the wheel of fortune".
At the exit of the park, keep straight on to the small Rue Spont, continue straight on the Rue Colomic. Go straight on until you reach the river l'One. Turn left along the riverside path which is the GR10. It leads to the carpark of the supermarket on the Avenue Foch. Turn right by the bridge which spans l'One.
You come to the lioness roundabout. Cross this roundabout following the signs for the SNCF railway station.
The Hôtel Alouette is 30 m on your left, opposite the small church of Barcugnas (which has no bells so no noise).
